Ticker-Tape! Even if the nascent bombing campaign by Al Qaeda in Iraq continue to plague the country, the United States Military clearly “won” the War in Iraq and lots of people want to celebrate that fact with a “Ticker-Tape” Parade for our Heroes in NYC.
