A visit to one former dentist in Fall River, Massachusetts may provide even more jitters in hindsight.
Michael Clair admitted to defrauding Medicaid to the tune of $130,000 by using cheaper materials in his patients’ root canals.
Instead of stainless-steel posts, Clair was using paper clips.
He was suspended by Medicaid ten years ago, but he kept filing for payments using the names of other dentists sharing his office.
Clair is scheduled for sentencing next week.

Has this dentist forgotten the ethics of his profession? We know that we are in a severe financial crisis, but doing that will risk patient's health and it's no good.
