    Rubio's 'gaffe' was much more than that. When being interviewed, he said 'when I am vice-president.' Later, he told Sean Hannity that a lot of things roll around in your head and he misspoke. That sounds to me like the hot mic incident with Medvedev where Obama said that after his election, he could be more flexible. Those are serious 'misspeaks.' It cuts a chink in the armor of the American citizen's voting power.
