Former President Clinton Joins President Obama’s Campaign [VIDEO]
President Obama is turning to a familiar face as the campaign trail starts to heat up ahead of November’s Presidential election: former President Bill Clinton. Democrats say just how much of a role the former President plays in the reelection campaign depends on how close the race gets, though it’s not taking long for him to get involved.
FOX News Radio’s Jeff Monosso reports:
Audio clip:
Former President Clinton is planning three different fundraising events, the first in northern Virginia. He’s also helping President Obama in a recent campaign ad where he highlights the President’s biggest success: killing Usama bin Laden one year ago.
(Clinton – Campaign Ad) “He took the harder and the more honorable path, and the one that ultimately produced, in my opinion, the best result.”
The ad also questions whether Mitt Romney would have made the same decision. Republicans say the President is politicizing bin Laden’s killing, which they also say is a sign of a desperate campaign.

Are President Obama and Mitt Romney putting an emphasis on the same group of voters as a priority for the general election?
