Securing America: Concerns Over Underwear Bomb Leak

There are concerns on Capitol Hill over how information was leaked to the press of a covert CIA operation to disrupt an al-Qaeda underwear bomb plot.  This version of the underwear bomb is more sophisticated than its predecessor, according to officials.  That earlier version was found on a man who tried to blow up an airliner on Christmas Day in 2009.

A double agent, working for the CIA, helped thwart a recent plot by al-Qaeda to blow up another underwear suicide bomb on a U.S.-bound jet.

(Sen. Feinstein) “This bomb was recovered and recovered intact, I think is a substantial victory.”

But Democratic Chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee Dianne Feinstein also tells FOX News Sunday…

(Sen. Feinstein) “The leak really did endanger sources and methods.”

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Republican Mike Rodgers, also saying last week the leak could have been politically motivated.  An investigation in underway, and Sen. Feinstein says the leak should be prosecuted.

Send in a CIA double agent, and get CIA help to create another "terrorist cell" to create a non functional underwear bomb… does anyone else see through this BS? Our system is f**ked up.
