    I just heard the decision; what was Roberts thinking? This really concens me on such a bigger scale as it relates to our Consitutional Integrity. It's not only Colorado burning…..our freedoms and liberty is burning before our eyes.

    I am impressed with Chief Justice Roberts approach to the upholding of the entire Obamacare package. While they disallowed the individual mandate under the Commerce Clause which would have allowed criminal penalties, they allowed it under the Tax Clause. Since there is no aspect of the tax code that currently allows the government to impose such a tax on those who don't buy health insurance, it …can only happen if Congress adds it. In a GOP controlled house, that does not have a prayer. Thus Roberts cast the deciding vote to uphold all the good provisions but defined the individual mandate in such a way that it is now under a glass bowl as a part of history and effectively negated. Brilliant!

    I was a Roberts fan when he was appointed, and he has not disappointed me now. Everyone actually got what they wanted…. the news pundits have yet to make the connection.
