Housecall for Health: Coffee Helps Heart Health
A new study suggests that your morning cup of coffee could be doing more good than just waking you up—it could help keep your heart healthy.
FOX’s Colleen Cappon reports in today’s “Housecall for Health”:
Audio clip:
Here’s a reason to feel good about that next cup of Joe: New research suggests moderate coffee drinking lowers the risk of heart failure. According to Beth Israel Medical Center in Boston, drinking just two cups a day can reduce your risk by 11%.
But researchers say pay attention to how much coffee you consume. Drinking too much coffee on a daily basis can reverse the heart health benefits.
Housecall for Health, I’m Colleen Cappon, FOX News Radio.

This report is ridiculous… caffeine is addictive and more damaging than "reversing bad heart health". You cannot tell me the majority of coffee drinkers hold a limit on 2-cups a day. Why even announce such a careless gesture to those who may already be on borderline health? This doesn't speak much of Beth Israel medical center.

This is the typical BS we get all the time from people who just spend our tax money on stupid studies. In the 70's it caused cancer, in the 80's it caused something else, now it is good for you, next decade it will make your hair fall out.
