City Workers Cut to Minimum Wage

Despite the high unemployment rate, there are still a lot of available jobs out there.  Why are employers refusing to hire well-qualified, experienced workers?  PLUS: The Mayor of Scranton just cut all city workers’ pay to minimum wage!  Will other cities follow suit?

When Pigs Fly

Many American businesses are getting more pet-friendly  – its now common to see dogs and other animals walking around shops and even restaurants!  Now the FAA says service animals – even pigs — must be allowed to accompany their owners to their seats!   Is this going too far?

    Hello Tom, wish i could get to talk with you…about the dogs, pigs etc…here in CA they're allowed in every store, restaurant and you name it! I'm so sick of what is going on in the name of democracy! I live here also! And, as a cancer patient who is NOT permitted to go on disability even with a fractured ankle…because I'm on
    SS!!! Tom, you're a smart man…maybe you can find out why the people of this country are mentally ill… Or, have they been so brainwashed that they are entitled to do whatever they wish whenever they wish because they are living in a democracy… Except, those of us who do not wish to participate have our rights taken from us!
    As for the medical situation. There is a clinic up the road from me that was built with taxpayer's money specifically for illegals and I, nor you could get a job there! Everything is for the illegals and they have the power. And, when I think of how Hitler got the german people to do his bidding I think of the Autotrons walking the streets today with all their gadgets… especially the one year old I saw today!

    I need a stiff something or other…

    about the illegals…if a woman walks across the border and deposits her anchor baby in a hospital..she immediately receives $369 plus $200 in food stamps. And, that child had free medical until 18 years! Stop the $$$ flowing into those criminals and we'd have lot's of money for our needs. I'm sickened by all of this. And, Tom when did we start having Spanish written on everything and Spanish as our first language. I saw it happening in 2005! The Mexican Tsunami hit then!

    by the way Tom, in my complex everyone is in dire need of dental care…yet, we can pay for all the illegals coming in and guess what Tom? They are no longer minorities…so, let's get the hell out of that so called minority bs. I and my children could never go to college because we were too busy paying for everyone else…

    I want to go to Paris and study Art. Won't someone pay for That!!!
