Needles Found in Delta Airlines Sandwiches
Passengers aboard a handful of Delta flights over the weekend made a potentially dangerous find as they got ready to enjoy a snack mid-flight.
FOX News Radio’s Lisa Lacerra has details:

Delta Airlines says needles were found in six sandwiches on four flights from Holland to the U.S. on Sunday. Spokeswoman Kristin Baur says the turkey sandwiches were prepared in the kitchen of a catering company in Amsterdam; some were served to passengers in Business Class.
One passenger on a flight to Minneapolis was injured, but declined medical attention.
Delta says security for it’s meal production has been stepped up, and its using more pre-packaged food while the investigation continues.
