Attempted Kidnapping Caught On Tape [VIDEO]

Police in Pennsylvania say they’ve got the man captured on video trying to kidnap a young girl in broad daylight.

 FOX News Radio’s Jeff Monosso reports:

The attempted abuction of a 10-year-old girl in south Philadelphia Tuesday was captured on chilling surveillance video showing the man approaching the girl from behind, putting his hand over her mouth and trying to carry her away, but she struggled and her brother screamed.

The video along with tips led police to the suspect.

(Police) “He’s identified as a Carlos Figueroa-Fagot”

A 33-year-old man now charged with attempted kidnaping and a string of other charges. The neighborhood in south Philly breathing a whole lot easier.
