    on the law enforcement of Saginaw Michigan,_It is a city of under 50,000 people There are 4 major PD's in the county._The MSP ( Michigan State Police ), Saginaw County Sheriff , Saginaw City police, and Saginaw Township police, plus several small depts. All of the depts are deputized so they can go anywhere in the county._There are alot of multi agencies calls and responses._They are all dispatched by central dispatch._there is close to 20 homicides in the city, plus a few more in some townships._There has been 3 police related shootings where the people shot by the police has died, 1 shot a MSP trooper, 1 pulled a gun on officers at a B&E in progress, 1 holding a knife that refused to drop the knife and made threating gestures. another person died from being tasered, while jumping on cars in the roadway.
