City Solutions

The city of San Diego has taken out a $100M loan to upgrade their sewer system, and they won’t have to make a payment for 20 years.  But two decades of interest on the loan will turn into hundreds of millions more.  Meanwhile, the city of Camden, NJ is planning to lay off hundreds of police officers in order to consolidate local police forces.  But is it dangerous to eliminate so many cops in such a violent city?

Pessimistic About Economy
